All Lock Magetic Car Mount Kit

I recently had the opportunity to back and test the Lamicall All-Lock Car Phone Mount Kit, and overall, I found it to be a sturdy and reliable product. However, I did encounter a specific issue related to the heat in my country, which I feel is worth mentioning in this review.

Firstly, the build quality of the phone mount is impressive. It securely holds the phone in place as intended and offers a straightforward locking mechanism. The materials used are of high quality and don't feel cheap or flimsy. The mount itself is solid and provides a stable platform for the phone.

Unfortunately, I faced a setback due to the extreme heat in my country. The component that attaches to the car mount and serves as the connection to lock the phone (as depicted in the attached picture) became damaged as a result of the heat. This was a disappointment as it hindered the functionality of the mount.

However, the customer support team at Lamicall deserves credit for their responsive and helpful approach. Although my product was outside the warranty period, they promptly offered to send me a replacement unit, as spare parts were not available individually. Since I was not keen on purchasing an entire unit solely for the required spare part, I expressed my interest in purchasing the specific component needed. I appreciated their understanding and willingness to accommodate my request.

The Lamicall All-Lock Car Phone Mount Kit is an excellent product with impressive build quality and a reliable locking mechanism. The unfortunate issue I encountered due to the heat in my country did pose a limitation. However, the exceptional customer support provided by Lamicall, even outside the warranty period, showcases their commitment to customer satisfaction.
